The report can utilize a site collection and/or subsite filters. Users can also search within the dropdown list to find their site:

Note: The option to share a dashboard is blocked when using a content pack. The content pack is used to allow co-administration of the report, but an alternative method is to use workspaces. To use this option we will need to publish your report under a dedicated workspace instead of the content pack.

How to Export your Data

  1. Any visual (widget) can be exported to Excel
  2. Full reports and dashboards can be exported to PDF or printed
  3. Email a dashboard to a colleague (they will get a link to the interactive report)
  4. Embed interactive reports to SharePoint Online using office 365 single-sign-on (applies Power BI permissions - if users are not permitted to see the reports in Power BI they want see it SharePoint Online)
  5. Embed interactive reports to any website or create a public link to the report (no need to sign-in to view the report)
  6. A set of reports can be exported to Power Point
  7. The full dataset can be exported to an .odc file (an Excel file which works a pivot table and holds a connection to the data source - so whenever the data refreshes the Excel file will refresh as well).
