One of CardioLog's core capabilities is the ability to track authenticated users. Since some organizations and locations have strict privacy laws, CardioLog Analytics SaaS includes a feature that conceals personal data so you can benefit from rich report details and advanced filtering options while still abiding by local laws.
The Personal Identifiable Information (PII) Concealment feature is designed to protect user information and disable its appearance in the reports. The database will not store any personal user information. Instead, CardioLog Analytics SaaS generates unique IDs for each user using a hashing algorithm. Hashing algorithms are designed so that it's impossible to turn a hash back into its original value and correlate the concealed identity back to the user.
