This report shows the number of times content items under your selected SharePoint web pages site were viewed during a specific time period, and the most popular pages.  A page view is defined as an instance of a page being loaded by a user's browser. Each view of the same SharePoint page content item by the same visitor is counted as an independent page view. The information in this report is useful in determining your website's overall popularity. Knowing the most popular pages content for your SharePoint website portal can help you optimize your navigation and content.
