1. Data Source: This layer encompasses all primary sources that CardioLog Analytics SaaS monitors, including SharePoint Online, versions 2013, 2016, 2019, Subscription Edition, and Microsoft 365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
2. Data Capturing: This layer integrates user behavior tracking with data retrieved from various Microsoft APIs, including Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST API. User behavior is captured through an embedded JavaScript code in the monitored sites, enabling the tracking of diverse information such as pages viewed and search queries. This data is combined with information obtained from Microsoft APIs, including portal content, structure, users, groups, profile attributes, and more.
3. Data Processing: After data is captured and securely stored in Microsoft Azure, a processing mechanism analyzes and consolidates it into actionable analytics, which are then prepared for reporting.
4. Data Visualization: The processed data is presented at the Data Visualization level through Power BI, a robust visualization tool provided by Microsoft, facilitating interactive and insightful reportingreporting within the customer's own Power BI environment.
