This report lists the amount of documents uploaded to a specific SharePoint portal according to item type. Only item types that exist in your portal at least once will be displayed, although you may set the threshold higher in the widget preferences. You can choose to limit which file types are included in the Advanced section of the widget preferences.

Chart Widget
The Portal Inventory chart widget displays the total number of item types compared to each other type of item.
Table Widget
You can limit which item types to include in the report by choosing in the "Advanced" tab in the widget preferences.The Portal Item Types table widget contains the following columns:
- Type - The item type according to SharePoint designation, not file extension.
- Amount - The cumulative number of items within the portal of the listed type that exist on the page through the selected time range.
In the table widget's Advanced preferences, you may choose to include only one specific Item type. The item types available are:

- Comments
- Discussions
- Documents
- Lists
- List Items
- Microblog Post
- Microblog Comment
- Personal Spaces
- Posts
