Use the Viva Engage (Yammer) Conversations report to see the messages that gather the greatest response, which types of threads are the most common and which topics and hashtags are the most popular. This report contains several visuals, ready to be quickly filtered by date or community. Like any report, all visuals will immediately respond to any filter.

Conversations Started

Number of Conversations created.

Replies per Conversation

The average number of replies in a Conversation.

Participants per Conversation

Average number of responders in a Conversation.

Active Conversations (Last 30 days)

Number of Conversations that had any activity (replies/likes) in the last 30 days.

Conversations Read

The number of conversation reads in the selected date range in all communities.

Conversations with No Response (%)

The percentage of Conversations with zero replies out of the number of conversations started.

Conversations Started by Type

Number of Conversations created by type such as update, poll, announcement, praise or system message.

Top Conversations

This table visual includes the following columns:

Url - Provides a direct link to the listed conversation.
Picture Url - Displays the listed user profile image.
Display Name - The name of the user who started the conversation.
Creation Date - The date the conversation was created on.
Message Excerpt - The first 50 characters of the first message in a conversation.
Participants - The number of users who added at least one reply or liked at least one message in the conversation.
Replies - The total number of replies for the listed conversation during the currently selected date range.
Shares - The number of times the conversation was shared in the selected date range.
Likes - The total number of likes for the listed conversation during the currently selected date range.
Last Yammer Activity - The earliest date of any Yammer Activity.
