The Viva Engage (Yammer) User Overview report highlights the activity of a specific user including the top communities and messages. It contains several visuals, ready to be quickly filtered by a specific user and activity date. Like any report, all visuals will immediately respond to any filter.

Top Communities

This visual displays the top communities that the selected user is a member of, including the community image and the number of messages the user posted in it.

Top Messages

This table visual includes the following columns:

• Url - Provides a direct link to the listed message.
• Creation Date - The date the conversation was created on.
• Community Name - the name of the community a message is posted on.
• Message Excerpt - The first 50 characters of the message.
• Total Likes in Conversation -  The total number of likes for the conversation the message is included in during the currently selected date range.
• Total Participants in Conversation - The total number of participants for the conversation the message is included in during the currently selected date range.
• Total Replies in Conversation - The total number of replies for the listed the conversation the message is included in during the currently selected date range.

Likes per Message

The average number of likes per message.

Participants per Conversation

Average number of responders in a Conversation.

Replies per Conversation

The average number of replies in a Conversation.

Conversations with No Response (%)

The percentage of Conversations with zero replies out of the number of conversations started.

Active Conversations (Last 30 days)

Number of Conversations that had any activity (replies/likes) in the last 30 days.

Conversations Started by Type

Number of Conversations created by type such as update, poll, announcement, praise or system message.

Messages Created by Channel

Number of messages created by channel (client type) such as web, mobile, email etc.

Messages Created

The number of messages that were created.

Conversations Started

Number of Conversations created.

Replies Created

The number of replies created.

Message Likes Received

The number of like a user received.

Message Likes Given

The number of likes created by a user.
