This report details how much time has passed since a visitor last visited the portal. The "Visits" column displays the number of visits within a set time range. For each visit, the "Last Visit" column indicates when a visitor or visitors last visited the portal. The "Percentage of All Visits" column describes the percentage of recent visits compared to all visits within the set time range.
Visitor recency helps indicate how often your users engage with your portal. The shorter the time in between visits, the more likely that your users find your portal useful and engaging. Optimizing your portal using the Visitor Recency metrics usually means frequently updating pages with new content or products that your visitors will enjoy.
