The Viva Engage (Yammer) Community Overview report highlights the activity within a specific community including the top users and conversations. It contains several visuals, ready to be quickly filtered by community name and date. Like any report, all visuals will immediately respond to any filter.

Top Users
This visual displays the top users including their user profile image and the number of messages that they created.
Top Conversations
This table visual includes the following columns:
- Url - Provides a direct link to the listed conversation.
- Display Name - The name of the user who started the conversation.
- Creation Date - The date the conversation was created on.
- Message Excerpt - The first 50 characters of the first message in a conversation.
- Total Likes in Conversation - The total number of likes for the listed conversation during the currently selected date range.
- Total Participants in Conversation - The total number of participants for the listed conversation during the currently selected date range.
- Total Replies in Conversation - The total number of replies for the listed conversation during the currently selected date range.
- Last Yammer Activity - The earliest date of any Yammer Activity.
Likes per Message
The average number of likes per message.
Participants per Conversation
Average number of responders in a Conversation.
Replies per Conversation
The average number of replies in a Conversation.
Conversations with No Response (%)
The percentage of Conversations with zero replies out of the number of conversations started.
Active Conversations (Last 30 days)
Number of Conversations that had any activity (replies/likes) in the last 30 days.
Yammer Contributors
The number of users who created at least one conversation.
Yammer Participants
The number of users who didn't create a conversation, but added at least one reply or liked at least one message.
Active members
The number of users who created or liked at least one message.
Conversations Started
Number of Conversations created.
Replies Created
The number of replies created.
Conversations Started by Type
Number of Conversations created by type such as update, poll, announcement, praise or system message.
Messages Created by Channel
Number of messages created by channel (client type) such as web, mobile, email etc.
