Document Downloads

This report shows the number of times documents under your selected SharePoint site were downloaded during a specific time period. It provides insights into the performance and popularity of your content, guides resource allocation, reflects user engagement and serves security and compliance purposes in various contexts. It can help organizations ensure content meets user needs and that resources are used effectively.

Notes:

Each click on the Download button in SharePoint document libraries for the same document by the same user is counted as a "download".

A "download" event is recorded by CardioLog Analytics in the following scenarios:

• Click on the Download button in SharePoint document library

Table Widget

The Document Downloads table widget contains the following columns:

• Title - The document title or URL
• Downloads - The number of times the document was downloaded.
