This guide will help you navigate the login and signup process for Gamify.

Once you have installed the Gamify app for SharePoint from the Microsoft Store, you will be directed to the Gamify login page.
Note: If you are unable to install the app from the Microsoft Store, contact our support team for instructions on accessing the Gamify login page.

The login page is designed to accommodate both existing customers and new customers. Below, you'll find detailed instructions on how to sign in or sign up. By following these steps, you can ensure a smooth and secure entry into the Gamify configuration page in order to manage all application settings. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, please contact our support team.



Gamify Login Page

Sign In

To access the Gamify configuration page, you need to be assigned a user role. Please contact our support team to have a role assigned. Your main administrator will soon be able to manage user access and assign roles directly on the configuration page.

  • Who: Existing customers who already have an active Gamify subscription.
  • How:
    1. Click the Sign In button to access the Gamify configuration page.
    2. Enter your Microsoft work account credentials.



      Important Note: Upon your first login, you will be prompted to accept the necessary permissions to access the Gamify configuration page. If your organization has restrictions in place, you may need approval from your global administrator to grant these permissions. The global administrator can also choose to consent to these permissions on behalf of the entire organization.

User Access and Role Management

To access the Assign Roles to Users step and manage user access to the Gamify configuration page, you must be assigned the Admin role.

  • Who: Existing customers with an active Gamify subscription and the Admin role assigned to them.
  • How:
    1. Open the Gamify configuration page and click the Settings button to access the Assign Roles to Users step.
    2. On your first login, click Connect



      Important Note: You'll be prompted to accept the necessary permissions to access this step. If your organization has restrictions in place, approval from your global administrator may be required. The global administrator can also consent to these permissions on behalf of the entire organization.




    3. Use this step to manage user access to the Gamify configuration page.
The following roles are available:
      Admin - Grants access to all configuration steps and allows you to manage user access to the configuration page.

      Owner - Grants access to all configuration steps

    4. Search and select the users you would like to grant access to. You can always return later to add or remove users.



    5. For each user, select a user role and click Add User.



    6. To remove a user, hover over their name and click the trash bin icon.



    7. Click Save to confirm your changes.

Sign Up

  • Who: New customers who do not have an active Gamify subscription yet.
  • How:
    1. Click on the Sign Up button to start the registration process.
    2. Fill in the required information, such as your name and email.



    3. Submit the form to complete the initial signup process.
    4. After submitting your signup details, you will be contacted by an Intlock representative who will provide you with an access code.

    5. Once you receive the activation code, return to the login page and:

      1. Sign In using your Microsoft work account credentials.



      2. Upon your first login, you will be prompted to accept the necessary permissions to access the Gamify configuration page. If your organization has restrictions in place, you may need approval from your global administrator to grant these permissions. The global administrator can also choose to consent to these permissions on behalf of the entire organization.



      3. Enter the access code when prompted to activate your subscription.



    6. Follow the steps on the Gamify configuration page to set up Gamify for your SharePoint sites.
