The Real Time Usage Overview report gives you the big picture in terms of what’s happening on your site right now. You can see how many visitors are currently on your website, what pages they are spending time on, and what location your active users reside in. Each of the graph visuals can easily be drilled down simply by clicking on the relevant data point. All visuals in the report will respond accordingly to any drill down or filter.

Active Users Right Now
This is the number of users who are visiting the selected site right now.
Device Usage
This visual displays the ratio of desktop vs. mobile usage for active users right now.
Active Users Right Now by Department
The number of users who are visiting the site right now grouped by department. Drill down to see the users names who are visiting the site right now.
Pageviews per Minute (last 30 minutes)
This line graph displays the number of pageviews during each of the most recent 30 minutes.
Active Pages Right Now
This table shows which pages your current visitors are spending time on. It includes the following columns:
- Tree URL - Provides a direct link to the listed page
- Page Title - The name of the relevant page
- Active Users - The total number of users who are viewing the page right now
- Active Users (% of total) - The percent of active users that are on the page right now
- Average Page Load Time (ms) - The average amount of time in milliseconds that the page required to load
Active Users per Minute (last 30 minutes)
This line graph displays the number of active users during each of the most recent 30 minutes.
Active Users per Geo Location (last 30 minutes)
This visual displays which countries your active visitors are from on an interactive map. You can drill down to states and cities by clicking on any of the points on the map.

Use this filter to navigate through your portal and simply check the box next to any site or page to review information for exclusively that selection.
