A champion is a person, primarily motivated by helping others, who is interested in Teams and helping other employees use it in alignment with your best practices. The report contains several visuals, ready to be quickly filtered by date, team, channel or user attributes such as office and departmentso you can quickly see which users are most active and the interactions between them.

Top Champions

This table visual displays the top champions ranked by the number of threads started. It includes the following columns:

  • User - The display name of the user.
  • Email - The email address of the user.
  • Threads Started - The number of conversations started by the listed user during the selected date range
  • Channel Messages - The number of messages that the listed user posted in team channels during the selected date range.
  • Replies - The number of the reply messages that the listed user posted in team channels during the selected date range.
  • Likes Received - The number of likes received for messages posted by the listed user during the selected date range.
  • Reactions Received - The number of reactions to messages posted by the listed user during the selected date range.
  • Mentions Received - The number of times the listed user was mentioned in team channels during the selected date range.

This visual displays the top mentioned users ranked by the number of times they were mentioned in team channels during the selected date range.

Member Interactions

This visual outlines the user interactions, so you can quickly see how users are interacting with each other, or not. This visual can be filtered by user interaction type: Message, Like, Reaction, User mention.
