This report lists the top search phrases that returned no results under the desired threshold. The default value for failed searches is zero (0) results. The threshold may be changed in the table widget's advanced preferences.

The Onsite Failed Search Phrases table widget contains the following columns:

  • Term - The text phrase entered into the search bar by at least one user.
  • Searches - The number of searches performed using the listed text string.
  • Results - The number of search results found for the search phrase.
  • Clicks - The number of times a user clicked a returned link from the search results. This is only relevant if the default failed search value is higher than zero.
  • Position - The average position of the cursor click on a link.
  • No labels
