SharePoint
Page Views
This visual identifies the total number of pageviews by all users within the selected date range. The line graph in the background indicates trends in pageviews over time.
Sites
This visual identifies the total number of sites created within the selected date range. The line graph in the background indicates trends in the volume of sites over time.
Active Users
This number indicates the amount of unique users who have accessed your sites during the selected date range.
Microsoft Teams
Messages
This visual identifies the total number of messages created within the selected date range. The line graph in the background indicates trends in the volume of messages over time.
Teams
This visual identifies the total number of teams created within the selected date range. The line graph in the background indicates trends in the volume of teams over time.
Active Users
This number indicates the amount of unique users who engaged in a chat in a channel, communicated via private chat message, participated in calls or meetings during the selected date range.
Yammer
Messages
This visual identifies the total number of messages created within the selected date range. The line graph in the background indicates trends in the volume of messages over time.
Groups
This visual identifies the total number of groups created within the selected date range. The line graph in the background indicates trends in the volume of groups over time.
Active Users
This number indicates the amount of unique users who created or liked at least one message during the selected date range.

Emails
This visual identifies the total number of emails sent within the selected date range. The line graph in the background indicates trends in the number of emails sent over time.
Mailboxes
This visual identifies the total number of mailboxes created within the selected date range. The line graph in the background indicates trends in the volume of mailboxes over time.
Active Users
This number indicates the amount of unique users who sent or read at least one email in the selected date range.
OneDrive
Views
This visual identifies the total number of document views by all users within the selected date range. The line graph in the background indicates trends in document views over time.
Documents
This visual identifies the total number of documents created within the selected date range. The line graph in the background indicates trends in the volume of documents over time.
Active Users
This number indicates the amount of unique users who viewed, created, edited, synced or shared at least one document in the selected date range.
Filters
Date
Use the date slider to quickly change the start or end date that you would like review information for. If you'd like to choose a specific date, click either the start or end date and manually select it using the calendar popup.
