SharePoint 2013 offers a variety of out-of-the box social features such as community building (similar to social media groups), personalized user profiles, content likes, rating and ranking, sharing content, following content, and more.

The following social reports are available in CardioLog Analytics:

Users Reports

  • User profiles - understand how many times others have viewed specific profiles, visited it, number of posts on the profile and comments.
  • Users Activity - learn about who your users are, their number of posts, and number of comments.
  • Influential Users - find out who your SharePoint social influencers are and how many followers they have.
  • Average Number of Followers per User - indicates a collective average number of followers per user.
  • Followers - pinpoint who's doing the following and who they're following.
  • Average Number of Contributions per User - learn about how much your users are motivated to contribute content.
  • Content Contributors - find out who is contributing content.

Communities Reports

  • Community Sites - name of community and how many members are a part of it.
  • Communities Activity - the name of the community, the number of discussions and replies.

Content Reports

  • Most Popular Content - scope out the content that users are following, like and commenting on the most.
  • Likes - total number of likes in the social platform.
  • Liked content - identify topics of discussion, how many likes each received, total number of likes overall.
  • Influential Content and Content Followers - content that's being followed is important to identify and understanding who's following which content can provide even deeper insight.
  • Rated content - identify the content that's ranked and evaluate which content is ranked highest or lowest. 
  • Average Ratings - understand the average rating of each topic.
  • Active Sites - find out which sites meet business goals with maximal productivity and how many contributions, modifications and deletions they have.
  • Content Contributions - find out which content is enriching your portal's social site.
