The Unused Content report template includes a collection of widgets that allow you to understand which files on your site are not currently being used. Save space by archiving older files, or highlight and promote files that more of your users should be aware of. The template currently includes two pages of widgets.

Page One:
Size by Content Type
This bar chart compares the total collective file size for each item type.
Number of Unused Items
This is the total number of items that have not been opened during the selected time range.
Portal Size
The column chart compares total page size by level. You can drill up or down to move through each level in your tree structure.
Content by Size and Pageviews
This scatter chart compares the cumulative size for each item type at every level of your site. You can drill up or down to move through each level in your tree structure.
Item Information
This widget provides a file information overview of any selected item or page.
Pageviews
This line chart displays the number of page views over the selected time range for all items, or any selected item or portal tree level.

Page Two:
Size and Number of Tree Items by Content Type
This bar chart compares the number of items of every item type at the selected level of your portal tree. You can drill up or down to move through each level in your tree structure.
Size and Number of Pageviews by Level
This column chart compares the number of page views for items at every level of your portal tree. You can drill up or down to move through each level in your tree structure.
Page Information Table
This table details all items uploaded to your site during the selected time range, and allows you to rank them by title, total number of page views, last page view date, owner, date created, deletion date and last modified date.
