This report lists all files of a specified type that have been uploaded to a selected SharePoint site, ranked by the number of instances of the listed item type.

Table Widget
The Portal Item Types table widget contains the following columns:
- Type - The name of the file type according to its designation
- Amount - The cumulative number of files under the listed type counted through the selected time range.
Under the Advanced Settings tab in the widget's preferences, select the Item Type that you would like to display in the table widget. Item Types include:
- Blogs
- Community Sites
- Discussions
- Document Centers
- Documents
- List Items
- Lists
- Microblog Post
- Microblog Comment
- Personal Spaces
