This guide will help you navigate the login and signup process for Augmented Analytics.

Once you have installed the Augmented Analytics app for SharePoint from the Microsoft Store, you will be directed to the Augmented Analytics login page.
Note: If you are unable to install the app from the Microsoft Store, contact our support team for instructions on accessing the Augmented Analytics login page.

The login page is designed to accommodate both existing customers and new customers. Below, you'll find detailed instructions on how to sign in or sign up. By following these steps, you can ensure a smooth and secure entry into the Augmented Analytics configuration page in order to manage all application settings. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, please contact our support team.



Augmented Analytics Login Page

Sign In

To access the Augmented Analytics configuration page, you need to be assigned a user role. Please contact our support team to have a role assigned. Your main administrator will soon be able to manage user access and assign roles directly on the configuration page.

  • Who: Existing customers who already have an active Augmented Analytics subscription.
  • How:
    1. Click the Sign In button to access the Augmented Analytics configuration page.
    2. Enter your Microsoft work account credentials.



      Important Note: Upon your first login, you will be prompted to accept the necessary permissions to access the Augmented Analytics configuration page. If your organization has restrictions in place, you may need approval from your global administrator to grant these permissions. The global administrator can also choose to consent to these permissions on behalf of the entire organization.

Sign Up

  • Who: New customers who do not have an active Augmented Analytics subscription yet.
  • How:
    1. Click on the Sign Up button to start the registration process.
    2. Fill in the required information, such as your name and email.



    3. Submit the form to complete the initial signup process.
    4. After submitting your signup details, you will be contacted by an Intlock representative who will provide you with an access code.

    5. Once you receive the activation code, return to the login page and:

      1. Sign In using your Microsoft work account credentials.



      2. Upon your first login, you will be prompted to accept the necessary permissions to access the Augmented Analytics configuration page. If your organization has restrictions in place, you may need approval from your global administrator to grant these permissions. The global administrator can also choose to consent to these permissions on behalf of the entire organization.



      3. Enter the access code when prompted to activate your subscription.



    6. Follow the steps on the Augmented Analytics configuration page to set up Augmented Analytics for your SharePoint sites.
